We help our client reduce their capital spending on valves by having them services & repaired rather than buying new valves when there is no real need. LES offer the customer a complete on or OFF site valve service from consultation to complete strip down and overhaul.

Instrument Technicians

With a collective hands-no experience of over 60 years, LES Valve Engineers carry out Overhauls, Pressure Test and Calibration of Pipeline Valves, Wellhead and Safety Valves to approved industry standards. LES Engineers have been trained by reputable OEMs like CCI, Emerson, TSK, TVC, Time Electronics and Evolution valves.

Our Valve services Includes:

  • Safety Relief Valve Testing overhaul and calibration. Control valve & Actuator servicing overhaul, testing and calibration
  • Complete overhaul & testing of Gate /Globe / Check / Ball Needle / Butterfly/ Diaphragm /Plug / Non Return valves / Pressure Reducing valves and Knife–edge Gate valves.
  • Overhaul of Positioners. Mobile workshop facilities
  • Call out repairs Planned Periodic Maintenance. Shut down Maintenance, Inspections, Surveys
  • Spare Parts Management
