It is mandatory to get Security Clearance (Gate Pass) if you need to move items or materials out of the company premises. To obtain Security Clearance, this form must be completed by the personnel intending to move any item or material (in use or disused) out of the company premises.

The requester must secure hard copy authorisation from his Line Manager and approval from the SCM Manager before completing the Gate Pass. A copy of the Line manager and SCM approval may be attached for speedy Security clearance.

Upon completion, an approval will be issued except where there is a need for further clarification.

The approval will be sent to the requester by email.
